Sonesta International Hotels is expanding its international portfolio and footprint in South America with the addition of Sonesta Hotel Cali, the brand’s seventh property in Colombia. The hotel is located 12 miles north of the Alfonso Bonilla Airport and just north of downtown Cali.

The hotel features 148 guestrooms and 33 executive suites. Public spaces include two restaurants, a lobby bar, a business center, a fitness center, a swimming pool and a spa. Sonesta Hotel Cali also has 10 meeting rooms covering 11,646 square feet.

“The addition of Sonesta Hotel Cali to our global portfolio brings momentum to our refocused efforts in Latin America,” said Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s president, franchise and development. “We are eager to continue growing our presence in South America.”

Sonesta Hotel Cali marks the brand’s 13th hotel in South America under the management of GHL Hotels.
